The VW made 2.0 turbo, labeled the EA888, has always been a strikingly powerful engine. Placed in vehicles like the Audi A4, or the VW GTI / GLI, this engine developed more than enough torque for you to enjoy yourself.
The new 2015 Audi’s have a interesting variant of this motor. Called “Flex Fuel Capible”, this engine is capable of running small amounts of e85 gas due to a new fuel system, new aluminum intake manifold, and a 5th port fuel injection system.
When doing performance tuning with a mixture of pure E85 and 93 octane, the tuner will turn it into high octane race fuel. With E85 tuning, This new 2.0TFSI will make over 300 wheel horsepower, and around 380 wheel torque, out of a mere 2 liters. Stunning.
